All participants will stay at the Menla Mountain Retreat Center, which is also the site of all of our conference programs. Menla is located in Phoenicia, New York, in a lushly wooded valley within the breathtaking Catskill Mountains. Filled with the natural splendor of rushing streams and rivers, gentle hills and majestic peaks, the area also offers such activities as canoeing, biking, hiking and horseback riding. For cultural pursuits, Menla is situated near renowned Woodstock, New York, noted for its art galleries, music, theater, and shopping.
In addition to offering hiking and nature trails, wellness services (available at an additional fee), an outdoor swimming pool, weight room, tennis courts, a lovely café, well-stocked bookstore, and an organic garden that provides much of the vegetables and herbs served in its dining room, Menla also features a variety of different, yet equally beautiful and serene, accommodations. All rooms feature organic cotton linens, down comforters and modern tiled bathrooms.

Delos InnDelos Inn is Menla's main building, housing the reception and dining areas. Guest rooms feature:

Room with two twin beds and private bath: $570 per person for four nights
Hill HouseHill House is a two-story, chalet style building with forest and mountain views. Guest rooms feature:

- full handicap accessibility
Room with queen bed and private bath: $675 (single) / $565 (couple) for four nights
Suite with three or four twin beds and ensuite bath: $480 per person for four nights
Mountain House
Mountain House is also a two-story, chalet style building with forest and mountain views. Each double room has an en-suite sink and vanity, and shares a bath with the adjacent room.

Dormitory Style Private Houses
Snowlion, Eagle, Dragon, and Eva's House are several lovely little houses set in secluded hillsides, all of which have shared bathrooms and bedrooms with twin or bunk beds (unfortunately, we cannot reserve individual beds in advance of your arrival).

Camping
Campers should bring tents and all of their own gear. There are storage closets for personal and food items (due to wildlife), restrooms, and showers available in the Downstairs Conference Center.
