YOUR ARRIVAL IN IRELAND
Main Conference Participants:
Main Conference participants will book their flights to arrive at Shannon International Airport (SNN) on July 30.
From the airport, participants will travel independently to Hotel Woodstock in Ennis, a 25-minute taxi ride from Shannon Airport. Convenient public buses make the half-hour transfer from Shannon Airport directly to Ennis Town where a short taxi ride will bring you from the town center to the hotel. All participants will spend the night of July 30 at Hotel Woodstock. You’ll be able to leave your luggage at reception before our 3pm check-in, and are welcome to either relax in the hotel or travel into Ennis to explore. The first official event of the conference is our opening night welcome reception and dinner at Hotel Woodstock.
Returning Home or Continuing On:
Our Main Conference will conclude around 10:00am on Wednesday, August 5.
Those of us returning home at this point will travel by coach from Killary Lodge back to Shannon Airport (SNN) in time for flights departing at 5pm or later. A boxed lunch will be provided for this three-hour drive.
Post-Conference Journey participants
will depart from Killary Lodge after the Main Conference closing circle.

Joining us for the Post-Conference ONLY:
Participants whose travels begin with our Post-Conference should make their own way to Killary Lodge by August 4. Transportation options and lodging can be discussed.
Returning Home after the Post-Conference:
Our Post-Conference Journey concludes after breakfast on Tuesday, August 11. Participants may book their flights out of Belfast International Airport (BFS) and will travel independently to the airport.
The reception desk at our hotel in Belfast will be able to assist with booking a taxi for the 35 minute ride to the airport.
Information about public transportation to the airport, which takes about an hour, can be found on the airport’s website.
Belfast City Airport (BHD) provides flights to the UK and Europe and is a 15 minute taxi or 35 minutes on public transport. Details can be found here.
